Earth's Berries Soap Nuts Review & Giveaway

Did you know that there is a laundry soap that grows on trees?  Yes it’s true! They are called Soap Nuts.
Soap Nuts aren’t really nuts at all.  They are actually berries that grow on Sapindus mukorrosi trees native to Nepal & India. They have been used for centuries, and are an excellent alternative to traditional laundry detergent. Soap Nuts are 100% natural, biodegradable, and free of harsh chemicals.

Earth's Berries Soap Nuts is a Canadian company owned by Karen Salcedo. She sells soap nuts, and she established her company to get soap nuts into as many households in Canada and around the world as possible.

Hi, my name is Karen and I am the owner of Earth's Berries. The name came from a desire to give the Earth credit for what it provides for us. I began selling soap nuts in July 2009 and it is a product that I have become really passionate about. I have been using eco friendly laundry detergent and cleaning supplies for 20 years and I've always found that the main reason people don't choose this option is simply because they think it is too expensive. Well, then came soap nuts, the cheapest way I know to do laundry with no need at all for fabric softener!! Now there are no excuses to not use an environmentally friendly product. It's the right choice.

To use Soap Nuts, all you do is place 4-5 soap nuts in a muslin bag (this comes with your soap nuts), tie the muslin bag, you then simply just toss the bag in your washing machine with your clothes and you’re done! The soap nuts can be reused up to 4-5 times and then composted. This makes soap nuts extremely economical & environmentally friendly.

I have been using Earth Berries Soap Nuts for some time now & and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with them. Not only do they leave my laundry very clean, they also leave my laundry soft too, so I find that there is no need for any fabric softener.

The soap nuts kind of smell like vinegar, but once you wash your clothes with the soap nuts they do not leave any smell behind, so your clothes just come out smelling fresh. For those of you who like your laundry scented, you can simply just add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Soap nuts aren’t just for laundry; they can also be used as jewelry cleaner, dishwasher detergent, all purpose cleaner, liquid hand soap and more!

Sometimes being green can be expensive, but Earth Berries Soap Nuts are remarkably affordable!

Earth's Berries Soap Nuts 250g bag (75-100 loads) is $10

Earth's Berries Soap Nuts 500g bag (150-200 loads) is $18

Earth's Berries Soap Nuts 1kg bag (300-400 loads) is $30

Easy to use, effective, and affordable. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend trying Earth's Berries Soap Nuts. I will be buying these again, for sure, once mine run out.
