Nature Bright SunTouch Plus Review & Giveaway

I absolutely hate the winter! It’s cold out, there’s less light and I find that it affects my mood. When spring/summer come around I find that I’m happier, and when it rains I feel gloomy. This is because the weather often has a HUGE impact on the way I feel and I know that many other people feel the same way as well.

Some people, however, suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD is a type of depression that usually occurs during the fall and winter months. Less often, seasonal affective disorder causes depression in the spring or early summer.

One of the treatments for this is light therapy and SunTouch Plus is a great device for this. I’ve been using the Sun Touch Nature Plus for several weeks now and it has helped me greatly! I find that my mood is much better, I have much more energy and my mornings are more bearable.

Whether your needs revolve around your pregnancy, your age, the challenges of your life or the weather outside your window, the sky’s the limit with SunTouch Plus. Literally: By harnessing the healing powers of the blue sky, this lamp delivers an optimized amount of blue light rated at 17,000 degrees Kelvin. It’s cool, safe, comfortable... just what the doctor ordered!

The Sun Touch Nature Plus is very portable, emits a bright light, has an ionizer, 10 000 lux, timer, and it’s easy to use. I typically use this for 30 minutes in the morning. It sits on my desk 12-16 inches away from my face while I’m browsing net.

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical at first on how well the SunTouch Plus would perform and I have to say I’m pretty impressed! It does what it was made to do perfectly.  I highly recommend this to anyone that needs a boost!  It’s a great product and helps a lot with the winter blues.

Make your sad days happy days with  Sun Touch Nature Plus :)

In a recent study by Western Michigan University’s College of Aviation, students reported favorable experiences when attending lectures illumined by Sky Effect™ lights, which actually simulated the frequencies of a clear day with a bright blue sky. Perhaps they thought their increased levels of comfort, alertness, and mood were due simply to brightness. The researchers knew better. They knew that while students learned, their body clocks were being subtly reset…to the way that nature intended!
